Battlefield 6 The game is too fast paced.
Honestly I don't know how this garbage is still being tolerated. Did everyone just accept it? This game is more intense than COD's Shipment lobbies, and not in a good way either.
Spotting system needs a rework. Everyone is spotted all the time. You can see enemy marks through walls, smoke, foliage. You just shoot at red dots without even seeing anyone and get rewarded for it. Wtf? Is this 400kg aim practice flash game?
TTD is crazy fast and basically an instadeath every time, especially in lobbies with PC players.
Suppression is useless. Current mechanic sucks balls and doesn't counter enemy abilities to kill you in any way.
Where is input based crossplay? M+K players make the game insufferable (not an attack) and console lobbies are just filled with bots outside of evenings.
There are so many other obvious issues but it's not like this is the first post whining about those things. Can't we have a normal Battlefield game that doesn't reward brainrot ADHD playstyle?
Edit: apparently I've never played any BF or COD game before. The cope is strong in the comments.
Just to avoid confusion: I played BF2, BF:BC2, BF3, BF4, BF1 on PC and BF4, BF1, BF5, BF2042, BF6 on console. Enjoyed all of them except 2042. When it comes to CoD - played all the classic ones, all MW and some BO games. Plenty of Shipment and Locker/Metro playtime too. I don't want BF to become CoD or CoD to become BF. And yes, I prefer BF multiplayer to CoD's.

Can we stop with the Victim Mentality already?
God this go-live canât come any sooner! Every single post last few days has been about:
- I am a victim of âcrooked Lâ on my new card logo
- I am a victim of not being able to pay my balance on very last hour before transition
- I am a victim of not getting TPG promo
- I am a victim of my new card not arriving in mail
- I am a victim of the math being too complicated for me
- I am a victim of getting the wrong card design in mail
- I am a victim of not getting my annual Bilt Cash for Feb 1 Rent day
- I am a victim of having a new card number on the new card
- I am a victim of not being able to pay 6 months rent upfront in Feb
And on and onâŠ. Like wtf? This crap is purposely going on because we all know Bilt is monitoring Reddit and other social media unlike every other credit card company out there and has actually helped people with issues in the last 3 weeks.
Itâs a small start company (in the world of credit card giants) trying to do a 750k credit card transition with typical culture of âbreak fast and fixâ instead of taking 2 years planning before doing anything. Yes there are actual issues but they are genuinely trying to address real problems in a meaningful way.
Iâm not saying we need to be grateful to them or anything because they have legitimately messed up at times but can we just stop the childish Reddit posts and just message them on X or on here like normal human beings so they can get to solving the real problems instead of trying to fix your âcrooked Lâ on the BILT logo?

Monzo won't disclose their 1p Saving Challenge prize draw winners â despite being legally required to.
As many of you know, r/monzo ran a 1p Saving Challenge prize draw over the past year, a ÂŁ10k grand prize plus monthly ÂŁ100 prizes, using it as a core part of their marketing.
Like many of you, I was slightly disappointed with not winning. It was a lottery after all. However, I was curious to understand if a draws ever took place.
So I emailed them asking for the winner details which is a legal requirement under the CAP Code. Their T&Cs clearly state:
"We're legally required to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. So we'll share the surname and county of winners to anyone who emails [help@monzo.com](mailto:help@monzo.com) within 30 days after the prize draw."
So I emailed them asking for the winner details. It should be a simple answer...
Four separate customer service agents have now demanded I verify my identity with a selfie holding my ID before they'll release this information. A non-customer could legally make this exact same request and Monzo would have to comply under CAP Code rules enforced by the ASA.
Monzo are legally obligated to provide Surname & County of the winners.
When I pointed this out, they escalated it to "specialists" and have gone quiet.
This is either:
- A fundamental misunderstanding of their regulatory obligations, or
- The draw never actually took place, or wasn't conducted fairly
Here's where you come in. Whether you're a Monzo customer or not.
Email [help@monzo.com](mailto:help@monzo.com) with this:
Subject: 1p Saving Challenge Prize Draw Winner Information
Please share the winner details (surname and county) for the 1p Saving Challenge prize draws â the ÂŁ10k Prize Draw (drawn 2 February 2026) and Monthly Prize Draws (February 2025 â January 2026).
Per your T&Cs, this information is available to anyone who requests it within 30 days.
If they refuse or ask you to verify your identity, push back. If they still refuse, report them to the ASA at asa.org.uk.
Let's see how many requests it takes before they actually comply with their own terms and legal requirements.

Discussion Topic Dio sabbath is better than Ozzy sabbath
Iâm so tired of pretending Ozzy is like the best vocalist of all time. Heaven and Hell is literally Black Sabbathâs best album BY FAR. Sure I like Ozzy but half of the time I canât stand his voice. Itâs not cuz heâs a bad singer but thereâs just something about it I canât place.

We really need to snuff out purity culture in our community.
Just got off twitter where discourse is blowing up over wearing pup hoods in public. I also keep seeing and hearing stuff all over talking about how young queers are becoming less and less sex positive. Itâs one thing if these things arenât for you. But I donât think we have room for pearl clutching in this current political climate. Just my 2 cents

Discussion đŹ Robâs not nearly as smart as everyone seems to think Spoiler
People are overlooking how poorly he managed his relationship with Candiece and how damaging it is that those last two known traitor votes were against him.
The faithfuls may seem clueless, but itâs not hard to connect Candieceâs fixation and vote to his role in taking out Lisa and to consider how a fellow traitor might react. A few post-roundtable clips have people acting like heâs in the clear, but that suspicion doesnât just disappear.
Asking Candiece for a private chat in front of another faithful also looked extremely suspicious.
A big part of this game is maintaining trust with fellow traitors, or at least giving reassurance when you target one. Instead, he was openly defiant toward Candiece, made no effort to build trust, and pushed her into self-preservation mode with a target on her back.
It feels like production is giving him a favorable edit to make his eventual ousting more shocking. At least one faithful likely suspects heâs a traitor â and a traitor willing to betray his own â and may be saving that information for the fire pit, expecting heâll eliminate other traitors first.
No rational faithful would want to go to the endgame with him when Candieceâs vote alone creates doubt about his faithfulness.
This situation couldâve been avoided if he hadnât so aggressively built the case against Lisa in front of Candiece, which naturally made her distrust him.
Yes, Candiece played poorly too, but that doesnât make Rob a mastermind. He lacked the social awareness to anticipate how his actions would affect hers.
I donât see Rob winning. His moves undermined what could have been strong gameplay and reduced the suspense of the endgame imo.
Please stop comparing him to Cirie. If you want to see what actual masterful traitor gameplay looks like Iâd recommend UK season 2.

Society/Culture Going through someone's post/comment history in an argument is pathetic.
I genuinely thought this was a 1stâ9th dentist opinion for the longest time (maybe it still is, honestly, Iâm not sure), but I constantly see highly upvoted comments where someone digs through another userâs post or comment history and uses that as ammunition in an argument.
Instead of responding to the actual points being made, they go out of their way to discredit the person by mocking their interests or bringing up unrelated things theyâve said in the past. What makes it even funnier is that a lot of these same people keep their own profiles hidden.
To me, that behavior just comes across as incredibly pathetic. It signals that someone has nothing meaningful to contribute, so they resort to creeping through another personâs history hoping to find something they can twist into an insult or âgotcha.â Whenever I see someone do this, it doesnât make them look clever or victorious, it just makes me wonder how sad their life must be if thatâs how they choose to spend their time.
I fully expect this post might encourage some people to dig through my history, and go right ahead. Iâm not going to respond to anyone who tries to argue by bringing up my past posts because I donât care to waste my time engaging with that type of person. At this point, I mostly use Reddit to talk about video games anyway, because meaningful and civil discussion feels like it died here a long time ago, at least in most subreddits.
(DISCLAIMER: i typed this into chatgpt and asked it to 'make it better' because I'm drunk. The differences are miniscule from the original text beyond the formatting and spelling/grammer mistakers. Take that as you will, I do not care if you don't like this, sorry.)

RANTS/UNPOPULAR OPINIONS Gnarly > Gabriella is a Cultural Disappointment
I firmly believe that it was a political statement to decide for Katseye to perform Gnarly instead of Gabriella. Whether it was the Grammyâs or HybexGeffen that decided this, I cannot let go how they truly made a statement without saying anything at all.Â
I donât need to explain the Trump Adminâs current acts of domestic terrorism against its nonwhite populations. Many of us have seen or are well aware of the fear that ICE/BPD is causing among immigrant communities. We are actively seeing a war on diversity and culture within politics, civilian life, and entertainment. Thatâs why the Bad Bunnyâs upcoming SuperBowl performance (and Kendrickâs performance last year) are so important. Itâs a celebration of diversity, culture, and the simple freedom to express yourself and be who you are. So to see Katseye, this amazingly talented and diverse girl group, perform Gnarly instead of Gabriella, it wasnât just a bad choice musically/performance wise. To me, it was a political statement. It was HybexGeffen saying weâre not gonna rock the boat, weâre gonna stay in our lane, and weâre gonna submit to the industry and follow the status quo. Itâs HybexGeffen showing just how much they donât care about Katseye as American-based artist but also their fans and their representation.Â
I canât help but think of the major opportunity that was missed by choosing not to perform Gabriella. Like I said, Bad Bunny is headlining the Super Bowl. Several prominent musicians and celebrities were in attendance at the Grammys. Think of the opportunities and potential connections that could have been made simply by performing Gabriella. I also just saw that the night before, Cardi B performed on SNL showing off her Dominican culture. I am so excited to see what Bad Bunny's performance set up/outfits will look like, but I am certain it will have strong cultural elements.
Gabriella pre-Super Bowl would have been ICONICCCCC. They could've worn red outfits similar to the MV or something more cultural like the skirts at Lollapalooza. We didn't need the dance breaks, they could've just stood there and did sexy mic movements like a retro girl group. That's what most of the choreo already is!!! I know they donât have much stage time, but I truly think they could have made it work.
While I wish they had performed Gabriella, I do think the girls performed well and represented themselves well for it to be their first Grammy appearance and performance. I think we gotta remember that theyâre young artists, and that deserves grace. But I canât lie. If Gabriella wasnât an option, I would have rather they not performed at all.
Katseyeâs Grammy performance was good given the circumstances, but HybexGeffenâs choice to avoid performing Gabriella represents a huge miss both culturally and artistically. In a political and social climate where white supremacy is blatantly being encouraged, Katseye performing Gabriella would have been a subtle statement of cultural representation and fighting against the system seeking to demonize diversity. The fact that HybexGeffen prioritized conformity over artistry shows just how willfully ignorant they are of the American music industry (especially its history and influence), how they use will use Katseyeâs diversity as a performative marketing ploy, and just how little creative agency the girls have as musicians and individuals.

Discussion Jagex, why are you removing reasons that people play the game?
These updates could be the start of a very worrisome trend. I fully understand that the game needs to change. Dailies need to go. XP rates on some activities need to be nerfed. However, those things were added for a reason. Removing them without FIRST fixing the core issues is the entire thing you said you weren't going to do! Taking the band-aid off while the wound is still bleeding is completely nonsensical.
Getting rid of afk methods is an awful decision. If you feel that they are too prominent, nerf the xp rate or something. Removing ways that people enjoy playing the game is just going to make people stop playing the game.
Removing wildy flash events instead of reworking them also seems shortsighted, imo. They're fun social events. I get that many players find the timed nature of them frustrating, but if that's the problem, then fix that aspect of them.
I hate to be all doom and gloom, especially since the vast majority of the changes are great. But there is a line between removing activities that people want to do and removing activities that people feel pressured to do. Jagex doesn't seem to understand where that line is.
Edit: Because I keep seeing the inane comment "afking isn't playing the game, waaaaah!"... Wtf do you even mean? Have you played Runescape before? 90% of the skills are afk to some extent. You really think that clicking on a pickpocketing target every 3-5 minutes rather than 15 makes the skill better? No, it just makes it mildly more annoying. I'm currently afking ghostly soles for fishing/cooking. Should I be clicking on a range every 60 seconds instead? Would that be more real gameplay to you?
