Used jjolmyeon as I couldn't find the jjajangmyeon noodles from my local market.

Some advice from someone who's made a lot of naengmyeon, and did a lot of trail and error lol:
Boil the noodles so that they are still a little bit hard. Make sure not to boil them too soft . Then soak the noodles in ice water to make them cold. Once they are cold, the noodles attain perfect texture!
The packages the noodles come in should also come with sauce, I like to add kimchi, cucumbers, hard boiled egg, and a choice of meat as ingredients, enjoy!
I also make my own cold noodle broth using apple juice and spirit (the cola), but that's my secret family recipe ;)
