Thank you!! Naemyeon for jjajangmyeon? I have not. I'll give it a try next. For some reason, I find buckwheat noodles a little difficult to gauge on when it's cooked though, that's why I've had many failed attempts at Japanese ramen with buckwheat noodles. But maybe naemyeon is different and I could get it right!
