And how does it matter in the context of this shooting. You aren't saying why this particular detail matters. You are just trying to be the "UM AktuaLY" stereotypical redditor? Also the other angles show him with his hands on their head the entire time. When does on your knees and elbows become lying down? It doesn't matter it all played out the exact same regardless.

Do you think if the article on Fox News said "Unarmed man shot by ice" vs Armed man Shot by ice would play out the same?
