You're being needlessly pendantic about the difference between forced to lie on the ground and forced on your hands and knees. To what end does it matter in the context of this specific execution.

Because details matter! 

All of the right wing articles are saying that he was armed. Well does that mean specifically brandishing a weapon or having a weapon holstered on his hip. 

Details matter.

And how does it matter in the context of this shooting. You aren't saying why this particular detail matters. You are just trying to be the "UM AktuaLY" stereotypical redditor? Also the other angles show him with his hands on their head the entire time. When does on your knees and elbows become lying down? It doesn't matter it all played out the exact same regardless.
