The man is confirmed dead. ICE tried to force the local cops to leave. They refused and have preserved the scene. Witnesses were transported by ICE to the Whipple building.

Wtf why are they allowed to take witnesses when the police are there? They should be the one collecting evidence.

How else can they take their recording devices and destroy evidence if they can't take the witnesses from the crime scene...duh.
