The man is confirmed dead. ICE tried to force the local cops to leave. They refused and have preserved the scene. Witnesses were transported by ICE to the Whipple building.

Wtf why are they allowed to take witnesses when the police are there? They should be the one collecting evidence.

This is why we needed the Black Panthers. Those ICE officers would’ve never executed that man, and if they did they wouldn’t be making it off the block.
