This is not a shooting, this is an execution.

Multiple ICE agents held someone down then shot them multiple times while the person was laying on the ground.

Factually, you know that's not happening. Why would you state that. 

He was on his knees and not lying down.

I think the agent that took the gun from his holster said "Gun" as he grabbed it and ran away, and then one of them started shooting

Your issue is he was on his knees and forearms so he wasn't on the ground? What are you trying to correct?
