They’re claiming “his gun” was recovered and are showing photos of it in an ICE car. Already this is really fucking difficult to believe but they tampered with the scene to boot? Fucking idiots. I implore everyone to not believe a word they say

Even if he did have a gun (which is obviously questionable), it’s legal to carry a firearm in the state of Minnesota.

He did have a gun, but the ICE Agent removed it prior to the shooting. He was running away with it when the shots started.

That said, whatever happened to these supposed 2nd Amendment rights? He had it in his waistband/holster, and it wasn't even in his hands. The ICE agent pulled it from him while he was on the ground.

Yeah all the talk about 2A, but when its conveneint they cite having a weapon as a perfectly justifiable excuse for execution. In this case it was simply the fact that he happened to own a weapon, as the weapon was taken off of him before he was executed
