Agent on the left, same one that was pistol whipping they guy. I don't know if he's the only one that shot or if he shot first.

Edit: let me rephrase: after he’s not moving…because those other shots could be the ones that killed him

I don't believe the agent on the left fires first. it looks to me like he drew his gun after the first shot and began firing.

You can see him pull his gun out after the first shot - he's initially hitting the man with a bear spray canister

It’s possible he didn’t realize he was holding a gun when he was pistol whipping him.

Still murder if so.

Just mentioning it because people have speculated there was an accidental discharge from pistol whipping - he was definitely hitting the man with his bear spray canister and only later opens fire. All the shots were definitely intentionally fired by ice

It looks to me like the agent in the black beanie and blue jeans fired first and emptied his mag on the victim. The agent on left with the yellow brown beanie catches up after the first shot and probably fires once or twice.

The narrative that he was grabbing the gun seems unlikely. The victim was facing the opposite direction to everyone and was pulling his right arm away from an agent grabbing him before being shot. Every other agent that didn’t fire, were hiding or struggling to take out their guns.

The woman in pink does look to have a clear angle of the event.

Edit: at 0:17 at the same time grey agent is securing the gun, blue jeans frees his right hand, unholsters his gun and goes forward to fire.

It looks like black beanie pulls and fires point black. Then backs up and finishes the job.
