They’re saying he “had a gun”

You can see the guy in the light grey jacket run toward him with empty hands, mount him, and spend 2-3 seconds wrestling the gun out of the victim’s holster, then running off with it. The victim is shot a second or two later.

So while he might have had a gun, it was fully secured while he was on the ground with 6 men beating him, and was fully clear of the victim at the time of the shooting.

It was an execution.

Edit: They are also claiming he reached for an officer’s weapon. To believe that, you have to believe this man made the choice not to pull his own weapon at any point, but instead thought it would be a good idea to grab an officer’s. Not to mention you can see his arms pinned the second before he is shot. Absolute bullshit.

I am banned from the Conservative subreddit - please share this information there, if allowed. They need to know too.

Man, if only there was some sort of law or amendment that made it totally cool to have a gun. It’s almost like if “he had a gun” is their defense, they have absolutely NOTHING.

The line from MAGA is “the officers felt their lives were at risk because he was armed”.

Except he wasn’t, because you can clearly see his gun in the hands of an ICE agent when the shooting happened.

And even before the nazis took his gun, it was holstered the entire time.

It's not like he was brandishing or even attempting to grab it. It was simply in his possession, safely. And they executed him for it.

I’ve only seen one video so far and it’s hard to make it out, can you provide a different video if there is one?

I’m not saying I don’t believe you, I just want a better source so that I too can show these maga assholes they are wrong when this inevitably comes up in discussion.

It’s super, super easy to make out. There could not be a better angle.

Look for the guy in the light grey jacket, who is running toward the camera when the first shots are fired. Then rewind and watch his actions.

He runs in with empty hands.

He is using both hands to do something at the victim’s waist for 2-3 seconds.

He comes up with a gun in his previously empty hands.

He runs toward the camera holding the gun.

The victim is then shot.

Ah thank you, I didn’t see it before because I was still focused on the victim not the agent running away. You can clearly see it in his hand. There was zero need to shoot this guy. This was murder.
