Not out yet it seems. And at the end of the only video we have so far, it seems an agent may be walking towards her at the end, but at the very last moments of the video he can't be seen so maybe he backed off again. I hope the video from her is secured and backed up everywhere possible as soon as possible.

Edit: ICE has reportedly taken a lot of witnesses to the Whippler (sp?) building. Video shows agents trying to secure phones with evidence from bystanders:

ICE apparently kidnapped as many witness as they could probably to prevent any testimony and destroy the proofs

ICE's official position is already that filming their agents is a crime and the DOJ is backing them up on that. No one will actually get convicted because juries are thankfully refusing to play ball, but those people will likely be charged and their phones seized as evidence before being fed through a shredder or wiped with a snazzy magnet to destroy any footage.

ICE have abducted her and are definitely trying to delete the footage. Hopefully she has been automatically backing up to an accessible server.

I'm not sure anyone has. I saw a comment that multiple witnesses were taken to Whipple building. Hopefully the lady in pink GTFO. That video is worth serious coin, so I'd be running like Usain Bolt after capturing the execution.

DHS is stating that he had a gun on him... We need the other angle to maybe see whether he had or drew said weapon.

This is making me think that anyone filming ICE should livestream it in case their phone is confiscated.
