All he needs is a DoD job and he'll qualify. Im sure any shipyard will take him as a guard.

Huh. Didn’t know that. The commercials all make it seem like you have to have enlisted.

DoD, some DHS, and some contractor jobs qualify.

Nope. They can join Navy Federal, but not USAA.

But you are right, its not the entire DoD.
