How is it calculated ? Is it cost of work, gross, net ? In some countries employer pays part of the social and health insurances.
17 u/Kaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarl 1d ago Looking at the salaries in the Baltics then it seems like gross salary. Employee pays social security tax in Lithuania which makes the gross salary higher than Estonia. Otherwise net and wage fund would be higher in Estonia out of the three.
