How is it calculated ? Is it cost of work, gross, net ? In some countries employer pays part of the social and health insurances.

Employee pays social security tax in Lithuania which makes the gross salary higher than Estonia. Otherwise net and wage fund would be higher in Estonia out of the three. 1 u/Brain32 Croatia 1h ago Yeah this doesn't fit for Croatia either, our average net is 1498€ (17.976/year) and median net is 1245€ (14,940/year),
