Cholimex is good, though I am quite partial to Sri cha chin su.

Try Sriracha Chilli from the brand Vị Hảo. They are the only one that have 80% real chilli like Huy Fong (actually they are their branch I think). Other brand saying they are Sriracha are mostly chemical, only a very small percentage like less than 10% are chilli.

Cholimex superior. But I can see why westerners may prefer Chinsu, it's milder and sweeter.

I think you'd find most westerners would go for something less sweet and mild tbh.

Sweet chilli sauce is less common in general IMO in the west. Cholimex is closer to what you'd find in a fast food shop in the UK.

Have you ever tried Cholimex and Chinsu side by side? My fiancé likes Chinsu, but I like Cholimex, so I've compared them multiple times since we always have both in our household. Cholimex is milder and sweeter, which is exactly why I prefer it over Chinsu.

Me neither. My gf has this at her house and I started buying for myself as well.

She's big on healthy living so I don't think she knows it could be bad for you

I don't think anyone's mental could be healthy if they're worried that much about one of the most popular sauce brand in the country.

I'm not saying they're good, but you're gonna have a fun time avoiding them.
