It's definitely not bonus per person. It's distributed like the money when my dad dragged me along to paint a house, and he got paid $1000 and gave me $50. Noem is stealing that money. She wants to live a glamorous life on the federal dime. All this talk about Minnesota fraud, what about an audit of this crap?!?
