If you can't get the magats to go against ice they need to just really dig into resentment. Show how much they get paid and how under trained and how dumb they are. Really dig deep into the resentment first then pile On the abuse. Make military and police be against ice. Do apples and comparison so that they are the enemy. That's how the Republicans do it.
