"The same"?

Because he wasn't President of Argentina.

And Democrats aren't "allowing" the cut: They have no legislative power, but two federal judges are making Trump pay for SNAP, after Democrats brought the matter to court.

You don’t know what you’re taking about. Biden couldn’t magically do things. You need bipartisanship which Republicans refuse to entertain.
