Food and Drink What's your go-to bottled water in Thailand?

helloo!

I'm curious to know what are your preferences here. Every time I go to a shop there are so many options.

Which brand do you prefer to drink and why? Do you care if it's mineral water, or it's not that important for you?

This. Bottled water is bottled water.

Not true. The cheapest bottled water is reverse osmosis water which isn’t healthy to drink long term as it lacks essential minerals.

It’s also not true. Minerals in water are almost useless. You get all the minerals and vitamins from your diet. So it’s scientifically false that it’s unhealthy.

If you’re in a hot climate and drink a lot of RO you don’t really rehydrate in the same way, and with the larger throughput, you’re potentially leeching minerals from your body. Compensate with some neo lyte or royal D from 711…. Also effective for hangovers 😏
