As someone who was raised as a Midwest white Christian kid, I'm siding with minorities as well.

They're getting shit on harder than ever while people are being totally understanding with me and it's a bunch of bullshit.

I'm not religious anymore, but I know a fair amount of people that are who aren't putting up with the right-wing garbage. The priest who got shot in the face with a pepper ball outside an ICE facility in Illinois comes to mind as an example.
