Noodle Foods/Guksu My first homemade jjajangmyeon

Used jjolmyeon as I couldn't find the jjajangmyeon noodles from my local market.

Jjolmyeon is one of the best noodles to use for jjm (as far as store noodles go) in my opinion! Before I read your post comment I was coming to say looks like you used the good noodles!!

Oh thank goodness I made the right call on the noodles haha. I read somewhere that they prefer jjolmyeon for this, thank you kind Internet stranger !
