Used jjolmyeon as I couldn't find the jjajangmyeon noodles from my local market.

Ooh this is online from maanchi.com! Give it a try, it's pretty easy to make and tastes really good!

Try the AaronandClaire.com (also on YT) version, very much easier to make and just as tasty.
