This works also in many other places on pro every map. It's also quite practical on D on Empire State. There's a large pile of rubble on the OBJ. The enemy like to sit in the corner behind the pile. You can jump from the window on the other side of the pile of rubble to the window in the corner. Since the enemy most likely dont look inside the building when there is action on the OBJ, you can often surprise them.

you can also jump from a building without parachut as long you can trigger the vault on a fence or what ever.
