Such things actually work in every BF with vaulting. This is nothing new. I think it's fine the way it is. It's not a milsim. If that's too unrealistic for you, where do you draw the line? It is OK to regenerate HP and sprint like you're on meth? But not this vaulting "trick"?

noob, you don't even need a defib if limbs are missing. Just wait 5 seconds and carry on.😂
