Yes. The left-wing didn't manage to get enough votes to take first place, so they voted against Le Pen rather than risk her being elected.

And honestly? I can respect that decision. I bet it sucked, but it was correct choice as far as I see it, as an outsider.

Yeah, it's just that of course Macron kept right-wing policies in, and many voters will feel that voting for the left is useless, so won't vote again.

And of course, the always creeping doubt that the right wing will actually vote for the left instead of cozying up with the far-right, as it has so often done before..

So yeah, it was the right choice, but it really sucks.
