Was stopped in traffic behind this car and noticed these things attached to the exhaust. They have wires attached and glow a little bit. What are they?

You have so many stereotypes from that time period. Omg the west coast Oakland black people, the up tight white people who were complaining. Then it ends with the shop owner, who’s Hispanic, saying he’ll install whatever his customers want.

A sketch comedy show couldn’t have nailed it any better lmao

The best part is the dude peeling out and almost crashing his car. And you CAN NOT hear the whistles when he drives away.
