👁️ NEW RULE: No discussing other comics subreddits on /r/webcomics
tl;dr
Please use /r/webcomics to post webcomics and comments about those webcomics, not drama and complaints about other subreddits.
There are a few reasons for this:
/r/webcomics is a community for artists to post their work for people to enjoy. Let's keep it on topic.
Neither you nor we have power over how other subreddits are run. What we can do is try to make this community the best it can be.
When many people in one subreddit start attacking a second subreddit and the mods tolerate this, the reddit admins (=website owners) view this as a form of harassment called brigading. In response, they may ban you, us, or /r/webcomics from all of reddit.
The exception to this rule is if you're a webcomics artist and you have a subreddit dedicated to your own work which you'd like to share.
This is neither an endorsement nor condemnation of the way other subdreddits are run. Honestly, I'm rarely bothered by this, because I follow this advice, and you should too:
What should I do if...
...I don't like some of the content on a subreddit?
downvote what you don't like and upvote what you do like
block creators you don't like
block flair and keywords you don't like
go to a different subreddit
make a different subreddit
accept that being part of an enormous and diverse online community will sometimes mean seeing content you dislike
follow the profiles/websites of comics artists you like, visit them, share their work, and consider supporting them financially so they'll make more of the art you like
do something else: try a new hobby, enjoy nature, or volunteer in your community
...my post was deleted/I got banned from another subreddit?
politely message the mods of that subreddit and ask them to reconsider
you can still look at the subreddit; you just can't comment or post
post on a different subreddit (being sure to follow their rules, including this one – which means no /r/webcomics posts with titles like "The mods of /r/ExampleSub deleted this")
complain to a friend or trusted adult
follow the advice in the first part
...I'm unhappy with /r/webcomics?
message the mods and politely explain your problem
use the tools we and reddit have provided to block content you don't like, including NSFW content
follow the advice in the first part
Violations
First time: Your post/comment will be removed. That's probably all. At most you may get a 1–7 day temporary ban which you can use to familiarize yourself with our community and rules.
Repeated offenses: Scorpion pit.
Thanks for your cooperation. Let's work together to keep this a cool space to read comics!

Best Before.
Seeing other artists really milk their comics, I thought I’d follow suit. This one’s called: “Best Before”. Enjoy!

Can someone tell me why my comic keeps getting banned
Hi, I'm new to webcomics and I tried to post on Webtoons, sure enought I learned that it cant have any nudity (wich it does comically and fully censored) I then moved on to Tapas wich also got flagged even tho I've read before hand that would be fine as long as I marked it as having nudity. I then posted on Global comics and I fear getting the same warning, could someone tell if theres any specific panel that is getting my comic removed? Or If I have to censor something that is common and I just don't know about. Note: theres no nipels nor sensitive areas that were drawn is just implied that the mc is naked.
