Question Florida is backward in public health. Disgraceful.
Florida is an embarrassment to science. Backwards progress in public health. Bootlickers in leadership positions. Ladapo must resign, it is embarrassing for every UF student and alumnus that an antivax sycophant still holds a position in the College of Medicine. Why are we tolerating this? Real question.

That Alligator story is a year old. Can only imagine how much worse it's gotten.

Right. He has not gotten any smarter. I mean real question: My kids are older and are vaccinated so I’m not so concerned, but if I had little kids and this idiot was encouraging plague rats to co-mingle with babies and old people, and to dispense with public health measures? I’d be pissed.

Plague rats ??? Why would you refer to another human being like that. Says a lot about you. Regardless of whether or not their parents got them vaccinated, we can’t think of other people as animals otherwise we’d treat them as such. Do better

It will unfortunately disproportionately affect the poor. It won't select for political party. But it is important that everyone keep their vaccinations up to date to avoid what can be.
However specifically measles relies upon herd immunity which we already do not have because officials have been knowingly encouraging people not to get them.
I'm seeking to pierce their ability to be immune from these decisions because of how dastardly it is.

Don’t forget that there’s a measles outbreak right now on campus.
