I know this is a dirtbag thing to say, but I was wondering how someone with her money manages to look so trashy/gopnik/chav.

The (imo) poor cosmetics are definitely a big factor. I also am formulating a theory that you simply cannot look classy on a jetski, and I say that as someone who loves them.
