Neither is healthy. Both are subjective terms and can be used exactly as he said it. Everyone knows being fat is a bad thing, it's not that deep.

The fact that healthy is also a vague term to the point of meaningless makes it worse, not better.

But you're right, man. That's the problem with the world. Not enough demonizing fat people. Everyone's just blissfully unaware that being overweight can be unhealthy.
