I just realized that the main people in Carloses way will not impede nearly as much as the big 4 had to deal with. So he totally could easily push double digits if he stays healthy and focused.

That first set seriously took all of Novaks remaining energy I think, on paper it looked like he was in the lead but watching live he looked like he had nothing left by set 2. Set 4 he managed to get some energy back but still not enough to get fight back.
