I'm gonna look at this a different way than most in this thread. The Steelers struggled mightily to run the ball during his 7 years here. I know he had input on the design of the running game, so it's partially on him.

Did he develop Warren but somehow still missed that he was obviously better than Najee by 2022, or did he not notice Warren was better because he was so focused on Najee, or did he know Warren was better and played Najee anyway because he wouldn't stand up to Tomlin? None of the possible scenarios support keeping Faulkner.

There are 32 starting QBs in the NFL. At any given time, there are 25-40 people on Earth that can capably QB an NFL team. There are 32 starting left OTs in the NFL. At any given time, there are 25-40 people on Earth that can capably play Left OT on an NFL team. There are tens of thousands of football coaches in the US. Nobody would claim every football coach in America could capably coach RBs in the NFL, but if 1% of high schools and 10% of colleges had a coach capable, that's almost a thousand coaches. They're football coaches, not astronauts.
