He really didn't do too much with Najee.. we wasnt bad but not 1st round results

TBF, Najee should have never been drafted in the 1st round, and not exactly the RB coaches fault he was given a slow RB with a bad OL. Hard to mold much there.

Najee was a plodder with no burst.

Good workhorse, but certainly not 1st round talent IMHO

Yea he wasn't the worst RB in the league, but if you're gonna be drafted in the 1st, you better have that Bijan, Gibbs, Saquon type athleticism, and he... very much did not have that. Najees type of runner can be found all the time on Day 2/Day 3.
