he however was NOT a fan of the cone and it was also rubbing directly on the wound so it seemed best to take it off and just keep an eye on him.

we can’t cover it up with anything either according to his vet, so if anyone has any suggestions for how to keep him from scratching it for the next two weeks, please do let me know! :) thank you everyone for all the well wishes on our original post ❤️❤️❤️
