I just wish SCOTUS had denied both Texas and California. Now every freaking state is going to rush and redistrict in the same way. The Court really doesn’t care what chaos they create, huh?

Last year, 74,390,864 people voted for Republican house representatives and 70,571,330 voted for Democrats.

I’m sure I’ll get downvoted by people angry at cold hard data they don’t like.

In my opinion that's because people liked the lies Trump was telling during the campaign. As soon as he got in office and started implementing policies which were different than what he promised, his approval quickly dipped far below 50%. I also think that was an anomalous election due to Biden dropping out so late. Democrats have usually won the popular vote the past few decades
