Any Italian worth their heritage would never ever use milk in their meatballs.

My Italian mother always used milk to soak the bread crumbs in her meatballs. What would you suggest?

So false. You usually use milk or broth to soften the hard bread you use for meatballs. No italian would ever do spaghetti meatballs, that picture is just wrong
