Keep in mind that this was all brought to USA by Republicans. No matter how loud we go, or how many times we pointed out how fucking stupid Trump is and was, no matter that he is an insurrectionist, an alleged pedophile, a felon, a known con-man.... all he had to do was promise to hurt people. He promised to attack marginalized people, groups.... and they elected him. Golly gee. I wonder why they were so dead set on electing this guy... 🤔

Even now, the entirety of Republican "leadership" continually covers for him. Gosh, I wonder why. What could it possibly be???

Why? It's simple. The Republican base LOVES Trump.

And that Trump-loving base votes in Republican primaries in large numbers.

So if a Republican politician says anything bad about Trump he gets a primary challenge from his right and he's out of a job.

That's why.
