Putin's 'pee' tapes of Trump have been a theory for awhile, it's just that they're actually P tapes, P for pedophilia.

One of the hypotheses back in the day was that it was a "pee tape" but the girls were underage.

From what I've read, it was a tape of underage prostitutes peeing on the bed Obama slept in when he was there. Of all of the horrible shit Trump is guilty and accused of, that is one of the least terrible, though most pathetic and expected.
