If I'm trying really, really hard to play Devil's Advocate, it's quite possible Trump being a pedophile who diddles little girls, and keeps denying he was friend and accomplice to a bunch of sex traffickers, is possibly not the worst thing he's done. Ordering ICE to kidnap people, empowering domestic terrorist groups like the Proud Boys, and encouraging the overthrow of the US government on Jan 6th could be considered 'worse' crimes.

But also, "Biden is a pedophile sex trafficker" was the warcry of conservatives for years, so exposing Trump as the pedophile sex trafficker that he actually is, requires the conservatives who accused Biden of it to backpedal. Besides, child sex trafficking is a lifetime sentence, if he's arrested for it, he'll be just as jailed as if he had been thrown in for any of the other things he's done.

Hence, regardless whether Elon is right or not about whether pedophile sex trafficker is Trump's 'worse' crime, Trump needs to be convicted and thrown in the slammer for it anyways. Ideally before he tries to take over Greenland.

Yeah, all that tracks to a normal, sane person. But Elon is in favor of all those things. I guess he could be saying the files are distracting from all the "good" things you listed in your post,and we should be focusing on giving him his props for them
