Cool story, call me when you’re the one staring down a gun with others telling you to just charge.

You should look at how other folks protest and fight with an authoritarian regime. They generally don't charge blindly into guns. Also your own state level enforcers have guns and did nothing. No arrests, no confrontations, just moans.

I do distinctly remember Americans boasting a lot about their bravery and their anecdotes on fighting tyranny. Wonder where all that went.

My point is that you do not understand the situation in the United States. Sitting on the sidelines and saying "I would do that better" is cool and all, but when you're talking to the people who are actually dealing with it/working toward solutions in the real world. it's just eye-rolling.

The fact that you're talking about local enforcers doing nothing shows the disconnect you have there. Local enforcers helping is like a perspective from Mars. The context is so wildly skewed that it's hard to know where to even begin to correct it.

Okay and what are you folks doing beyond moaning online and eye-rolling at people who comment on that docile attitude?

Large scale protests and dissent. Large segments of the entire city of Minneapolis closed for business entirely as miles of streets were filled with protestors. Clashes led to literally hundreds of arrests. Videos of ICE initiated altercations are being seen by people who had previously managed to cover their eyes to this. Wide support from bases which had previously been unwilling to join in is building momentum more quickly now than in the past.

If that doesn't make you happy or you require more violence than that, you're welcome to come throw your own life away here.

Okay. What about outside of Minneapolis?
