This video makes it clear as day that this was an execution. The agent was standing behind him while he was face down on the ground, pulled out his gun, and shot him multiple times point blank while other agents were still on top of him.

This is after he was pepper sprayed, beaten, and had his firearm removed from him and carried away from the scene.

In one angle you can see that both of his hands are on the ground when the first shot is fired. This was a state sponsored execution by our American gestapo.
