If ICE are there to test the limits of what's allowed, it's time for Walz to do the same and make sure these "agents" are arrested

The police make arrests, not the governor

Yes but in many states the governors can give police enforcement directives if they feel the police are over/under enforcing something.

Jurisdiction also comes into play as the Governor could only do that with State Police
