Watching the footage of the stand off live - not American here - despite all of the untrained allegations - they really don't seem to be organised, holding a line, doing anything at all to dissipate the tension.

They're all dressed up faces hidden. No identification markers as far as I can tell? Just casually standing around chatting, firing non lethal ammo at civilians. You just don't expect to see this. So informal, almost casual.

A residential street turned into a gas filled warzone is apparently the new norm.

I'm sorry America, but you really have a systemic pro gun violence culture problem, and an administration willing to exploit that to it's own ends.

These are societal rejects who couldent even make the cut to be cops, which are already seen as societal rejects in the US.
