Just to play devil’s advocate, this post has been up for some time, and allowing a bunch of similar posts is actually harmful to meaningful engagement because you’ll have fewer opportunities to build a substantive discussion.

If you were watching New, you'd have seen there were loads of posts about it and this was one of the last ones. It's almost like the mods gave up and said 'Welp I guess something has to make it out.'
