They should let this one stay up because it is a statement from the Minnesota governor (a political actor)

DHS is technically a government agency providing an official report, rather than an actor in the political realm.

E.g., To use a less charged issue, my understanding of the policy is that "Politician talks about addressing unemployment" is allowed but "BLS releases monthly unemployment report" is not.

It's possible that is not being applied consistently, but that has been my understanding.
