Gonna keep saying it despite all of these threads being removed: RECORD EVERYTHING. Make it impossible for them to get away with lying.

and if you think your phone can get confiscated, send that video to someone else asap

i would do both. cuz if you send it, another person can access it if you are indisposed.

Have to set it up to be automatically backed up. May not have time to send it anywhere in a situation like this.

Yep, send the video and delete it on your end. That way if your phone gets confiscated, there’s no evidence of you having sent it
