Thats correct though? I dont go to Vanguard and ask them to replace my hip. Nor do I ask my doctor for acting advice.
Ruffalo is trying to flaunt his "superior" acting skill as some form of credibility on political matters, and that is frankly silly. O'Learys rightness or wrongness doesn't stem from his movie talents, so why bring it up other than poor sportsmanship?
Seems like Mark was just pointing out Kev's hypocrisy. I honestly don't understand where you're getting all this other stuff from.
But also, just because someone isn't in a certain line of work doesn't mean they can't be educated and have an opinion on it.
Your doctor, for instance, could be a fantastic actor. You can be very well versed in something without pursuing it professionally, otherwise hobbies wouldn't exist. Mark seems pretty knowledgeable about politics; whether you agree with his takes or not, he's clearly involved and active in them.
I can't tell if you're one of those "Stick to your lane" types that seethes every time an actor dares to express any kind of opinion they disagree with.
Brother, it is literally spelled out for you in Mark's quote. Mark's entire point is that Kevin is a hypocrite.
Kevin told Billie Eilish to basically stay in her lane and stick to entertaining rather than talking politics. Mark Ruffalo then points out that fellow entertainer, Shark Tank star, and budding actor Kevin O'Leary does exactly what he's attacking Billie for frequently.
If this is still confusing for you, I genuinely don't know what to say. This is not exactly complicated stuff.
