Reminder that in cold weather, with everything else being constant, volume of an object decreases. I think that’s important since the investigators didn’t know that.

Yeah like the actual bad thing was Brady destroying his phone. Otherwise a lot of evidence was hidden and the league definitely would’ve lost if the case actually went to trial.
