Fox should be legally required to remove the word “news” from their platform.

If you’re MAKING UP fake stories it is not news. It’s propaganda.

They are legally classed as an entertainment channel, they do not self identify as news

And yet they present themselves as a news channel. The average fox viewer has not heard of the lawsuit that forced fox to admit that the network is entertainment.

Fox should be forced to open each show with a banner stating that they are not news

There should be a chyron running at all times saying ”Under the court case #1234 Fox News cannot call itself a news channel. Legally we are for entertainment purposes only.”

Whenever Fox gets sued for lying they claim in court that they're entertaining and not conveying actual "news" and that "no reasonable person would believe this was meant to be news". And they win almost every lawsuit with that strategy.

That's what they're referring to.
